Amplify Your Social Impact with the Power of Marketing

Find Best Marketing Resources, Ideas and Tips for Changemakers

Hello! I’m Prasanna.

Welcome to my blog.

You are the changemaker.

You are a social enterprise or a nonprofit enterprise or an individual who wants to make a positive impact on the world.

If you want to amplify your social impact with the power of marketing, you’re in the right place.

But you often lack enough resources and time to do effective marketing.

The solutions to this problem are lean and agile marketing and innovation.

I started this blog in 2018 to emphasize the importance of marketing for purpose-driven enterprises and make you understand marketing easily with the help of blog series, case studies, and worksheets.

As I want to help changemakers from both marketing and non-marketing background, I will avoid marketing jargon as much as possible.

In this blog I will cover:

  • Core marketing concepts for social enterprise marketing and nonprofit marketing with a practical approach
  • Effective digital and traditional marketing practices
  • Free or affordable marketing and digital marketing resources
  • Innovative marketing ideas and tips

Why is marketing very important for changemakers?

Many changemakers and non-marketers misunderstand marketing as mere advertising or as a promotion. Marketing is a lot more than that.

Late Peter Druker, who is considered as the founder of modern management, quoted,

“Because the purpose of business is to create a customer, the business enterprise has two – and only two – basic functions: marketing and innovation. Marketing and innovation produce results; all the rest are costs. Marketing is the distinguishing, unique function of the business.”

To put it in simple words, marketing is the essential and the most important function of any business.

Also, like commercial enterprises, social enterprises and nonprofit enterprises should take advantage of technological and marketing innovations to speed up growth.

Thanks for being here!

Let us start amplifying your social impact.
